The following may be the reasons why you may not receive an email:
If you would like to have the item resent, please let us know by contacting us.
For carrier email from mobile phone companies (DoCoMo, au, SoftBank)
It's possible that you haven't received the email due to your spam settings.
If you wish to receive emails via carrier email, please set up your email settings to receive the emails listed below before placing an order or registering as a member.

If the address you entered in the form is incorrect
If you enter an incorrect email address in the email address input field, an email will be sent to the incorrect email address.
Please double check that your email address is correct.

For non-RFC compliant email addresses
If you use an email address that does not comply with RFC, such as consecutive dots ".." or a dot ".@" immediately before "@", you may not be able to receive the auto-reply email properly.
•The username (before the @ symbol) contains two or more dots (.) Example: drops...tokyo@au.ne.jp
• The username contains a dot at the end (just before the @ symbol) Example: drops.tokyo.@softbank.ne.jp
If it is classified as spam
If an email from our company is judged as spam due to spam settings, reception rejection settings, spoofing regulations, etc.,
It may have been sorted into your spam folder.
Please check your email folder and make sure to exclude our emails from spam.
In addition, if your Yahoo! Mail settings are set to reject spoofed emails, you may not be able to receive some emails.
If you cannot receive free email
Popular free email services include Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, and Outlook.com.
If you have not received our automatic reply email, it may be that it has been recognized as spam and has ended up in your junk or trash folder. Please check.
In addition, if your inbox is full and you are unable to receive emails, we recommend that you periodically delete unnecessary emails from your inbox.
If you have set up forwarding to a mobile phone, etc., please set up spam filtering on your PC and free email service, and also set the same for the forwarding destination.
If the forwarding destination is not set up properly, a reception error may occur and the email may not reach either destination.
Also, depending on your mobile phone model and carrier, you may not be able to receive large emails.
Please note that an error will occur in this case as well.

Regarding customization, we are currently able to provide it at the following rates, ordering methods, and delivery dates.

→For the materials and colors we carry, we can accommodate your request individually by ordering a product of the same material and the following option worth 800 yen.
Example) I want to change the color scheme of the pebbled shrink leather key case to the ice white color scheme of my choice from the available colors.

The process is as follows:
1. Please let us know your desired shape, purpose, material, color, image, and reference photos.
2. Upon request, we will ask for detailed information and provide you with a rough estimate.
3. If you wish, we will provide you with the order page or the bank transfer details and delivery date.
Unlike the regular price, we will need to purchase the materials, so you will have to bear a higher material cost rate, but we can still produce the product for you.
Furthermore, if you would like to order not just one item but accessories, bags, etc. in the same color in bulk, or if you would like to order 10 or more items of the same color as gifts, etc., we may be able to reduce the material cost rate, so please feel free to contact us.

Delivery, exchange and return policy
Normally, your order will be shipped within 5 business days.
It will arrive within 1 to 3 days after shipping.
For remote islands and Okinawa, items will be shipped via air and sea, so delivery will take 7 to 9 days from the time of shipment.
*We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, Golden Week, and New Year's holidays. Items will be shipped after we resume business.
◎If customised, your order will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days.
In addition, if there is a delay in delivery due to material or inventory issues, we may contact you to confirm.
Gift delivery is when the order is sent to another person or address by the person who placed the order.
Therefore, if you do not select wrapping, your item will not be wrapped and will be shipped in regular simple packaging.
Although it may sound like the item is wrapped, wrapping and packaging are optional services.
It is possible to deliver the gift to a different person than the person who placed the order. Please refer to the procedure below.

② In the "Special instructions to store" field, enter "Gift delivery request" or "Message card: content 〇〇" if you would like a message card.
③After filling out the form, click [Proceed to purchase]
④ Enter the desired delivery address and select the delivery method (please select courier delivery when specifying a delivery date and time)
⑤ On the payment page, enter the billing address and contact information of the person placing the order.
⑥Click "Pay Now"
*If you would like your item wrapped, please select this option as a paid option.

Our photos are often taken in natural light during the day, so the colors may appear different depending on the lighting used, such as incandescent or bulb lights.
If the color is different from what you expected, we regret that we cannot accommodate your request, but please understand that we cannot exchange the product.
Regarding repairs such as re-stitching loose threads, we will basically carry out the repairs free of charge. You will only be charged for the round-trip shipping fee.
Additionally, for repairs such as faded color, peeling edges, repainting, torn leather, or holes, an additional repair fee will be charged.
If the above does not apply to you and you need repairs, please contact us using the inquiry form.
If you wish to return the product for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, but we can refund you.
Once you contact us with your return request, we will check the item upon arrival and, if there are no problems, we will refund your money.
The number of days it takes for a refund to be reflected varies depending on the credit card company.
If you do not see your refund reflected within one to two months after receiving our refund email, please contact your credit card company.
